▶Pyra/Mythra/Pneuma canonically wishes to return to her Father, the god of her world, to "beg him to let us die", because she blames herself for destroying an entire continent, believes herself to be too dangerous to exist, and doesn't wish to be the one to destroy the world. This makes her quite sorrowful. In canon, characters do pick up on her sadness; so feel free to have your character do the same.
▶For characters with abilities that can detect non-humans or strange energies: oooh boy, so. Pyra is linked to this thing called the Conduit in canon; it's like this perfect, endless, universal, and divine source of meta-dimensional energy. In Pyra, this energy is three tiers removed from that power, but it is still apparent. The Core Crystal upon her chest exudes this energy to some extent, and in canon it's shown that it can be quite alluring and gripping to look at.
▶Pyra is indeed part of a three-split personality with Mythra and Pneuma. Pneuma being the base, Mythra being the first form into which she awakened, and Pyra being a construct that Mythra created.
